Exchange and Return Policy

• According to the clarification from the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regarding replacement or return, care and cosmetics products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product or if a product arrives different from what is required.
• Exchange or return is within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• In the event of replacing or returning the damaged product, the customer does not bear any return fees.
• The process of exchange or return takes 10 working days.
• The amount will be refunded to the customer, using the same method of payment. Sometimes, the customer is contacted to transfer the amount in another way.
